About the show
Once upon a time, long, long ago, a faint crack announced itself, a sound was born, and as it expanded, feelings emerged.
Once upon a time, long, long ago, the long-long-ago times came to an end and, so that there would be someone to distinguish time, a wise, beautiful, social, political, active, passive, industrious and mortal mammal announced itself.
By this same likeness, two angels may announce themselves in the image of the mammal’s story. They will accept the laws of gravity, language, mortality, love and other three-dimensional rules. They will look into a black box in which approximately ten sensitive people once met. The miracles of bodily life and the passions of souls entertain and inspire them: they hold our cold hands and squeal with delight.
This one day on Earth is a collage of music, poetry, dance and language, created through an intuitive process of conversation. It contains voices - our own, imagined, and those so often heard and tiresomely familiar, which have haunted us since the ancient Greese. It is our shared, timeless report on human nature. This time, it is the fault of our shame.
The performance contains coarse language.
