Previously he was called Kaspars G. Now he is the Gasoline Man. Dirty, dressed in tatter he walks around gas stations in Latvia, snuffs gasoline and laughs a lot. Sometimes he is arrested by the local police and taken to a medical institution, but he always escapes. He escapes to return to his own world that is full of surprising events and characters.
